Drop-off Repair Services

$30 for the diagnostic on your machine + $75 per hour.  In almost all cases, the price will be $80.81

The only exceptions to the rule are:

LCD screen replacements or any very intensive small circuit work (i.e. broken power slot on motherboard.) Those jobs may have a higher labor price depending on the intensity of the work.

In-home Repair Services

$50 for the diagnostic on your machine + $75 per hour.  In all cases, if we determine the job will take longer than 2 hours, we decide on a “capped” price and we finish the job at our office. (Pricing does not include parts)

Remote Repair Services (requires broadband Internet connection)

Our rate is $39.99 for any remote repair.

Remote Maintenance Plan (requires broadband Internet connection)

Quarterly remote maintenance – $40 per quarter, per computer for 1-2 computers.  $25 per quarter, per computer for 3 or more computers.

Cloud Storage: We are pleased to announce our partnership with LiveDrive (the 3rd most popular cloud storage provider in the world to bring you unlimited storage on up to 3 computers for $3.99 per month or $40 for the year if paid in full (20% savings)

If we cannot fix your computer we will not charge you. We can schedule a pick up to finish the job in our shop and apply the fee towards the repair.
