WOW WHAT A GREAT COMPANY. I WAS SO UPSET AFTER I BROUGHT PRINTER HOME AND COULD NOT INSTALL IT, AFTER I PAID $50.00 FOR ON LINE HELP WITH A WARRANTY. CHARLIE CAME ON THE LINE AND I ASKED IF HE COULD COME TO MY HOME, I WAS IN TEARS. HE TOLD ME NO, HE DID NOT HAVE TO ....FOR JUST $30 HE COULD TAKE OVER MY COMPUTER AND DO IT FOR ME AS I SIT AND WATCH AT HOME. WHAT A GREAT JOB, HE DID HAVE TROUBLE HOOKING IT UP AND GETTING IT RUNNING...BECAUASE THE PRINTER WAS DEFECTIVE! I HAD TO GET ANOTHER PRINTER, BUT CALLED CHARLIE AND HE HOOKED IT UP AGAIN. WAHT A GREAT JOB, THEN FOUND ME A FREE VIRUS PROGRAM, BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE ONE, FREE OF CHARGE. THERE FEW GREAT COMPANIES, BUT THIS IS ONE OF THEM. THANKS CHARLIE YOU SAVED MY LIFE YESTERDAY AND A MIGRANE! I WILL ALWAYS USE THEM, AND NO OTHER COMPUTER COMPANY ....10 STARS FOR THEM!

I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND Charley and his crew at PC-Handyman. Charley has been fixing my computers for 10 years. He is reliable and I know he has saved me tons of money (and headaches)! I have made more informed decisions about the computers and software I have purchased because of his guidance. Charley knows what he's talking about. He's patient and honest and his pricing is more than reasonable. In a world where it's so easy to be taken advantage of, it's good to know that Charley's going to be up front and clear with you.

The PC Handyman flier arrived just when I needed it. I had recently “invited” a virus into our computer and only made matters worse by trying to fix the problem. The friendliness and confidence of the person on the telephone, the checking of the website, and the locale made it easy to decide that I would take our computer to PC Handyman. Everyone there was very friendly and didn’t make me feel foolish for needing help. The work was done the next day and a few days later Charley did a remote check on a lingering glitch. So, thanks, and if/when I do need more help, I certainly will not hesitate to use your services again!

When my computer crashed on me severaal months ago, I called PC Handyman and brought my computer there. They were quick to discover the problem and they quoted me a very reasonable repair price as well as the opportunity to replace the computer. I opted for repair. Their service was very quick , the price of the repair quite reasonable, and my computer works better than ever. Not only did they repair the computer, but they also brought it back to my home and reinstalled my many add ons.
PC Handyman is a great community asset.

Charley and his team are the best computer repair shop in Cleveland, or maybe the world. Everything a person would hope for in their wildest dreams - speedy, knowledgeable service, reasonable prices, delivery...These guys have repaired and upgraded three of my computers and helped me purchase the perfect netbook (plus bought it, upgraded it, and installed everything I need). They are the dream team and I think they should have all the business they can handle.

Charley and PC Handyman have been incredibly helpful on several occasions from helping me with my old computer and helping me select a new computer. Recently, Charley determined that my new computer had a bad hard drive and went out of his way to help me. I would recd PCHandyman without hesitation.

When I called about my problem, the response was instant. Charley cleaned up my computer and ran updates on what ever needed to be updated. The service was excellent and the people there are very friendly and customer oriented.
